What is your return policy?All items are final sale. We do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged in transit we require immediate notification. We ask that you supply photographs of the ceramics and the shipping packaging, both inside and out. Once that is received, we will provide you with either a store credit or a replacement of the same piece.

Do you ship internationally?We don't ship internationally at this time - but SOON!

Do you make everything by hand?Yes! Every single piece sold is made by hand, either on the pottery wheel or slab built. It is stamped with our logo and glazed by hand, then fired in a kiln. As each piece is made individually there will be beautiful, unpredictable variations in color, size, and shape.

Do you accept commissions?Yes. Commissions are welcomed! Everything from sets of dishes to home decor. Please contact the studio to arrange a consultation. Note that depending on time of year and the size of the order, commissions will require a minimum of 4-6 weeks to fulfill. Orders for Christmas or Hanukkah delivery should be placed no later than October 1.

Are out-of-stock items still available?In short, yes. Out-of-stock items can be made as a special order. Please contact the studio with your specific request for a turnaround time.
