Please contact me to address any issues that may have occurred during shipping. I want you to love your new ceramics as much as I loved making it. If you are not happy with your purchase, I accept returns for a full refund if sent within 14 days of delivery. Each item must be packed as carefully as it was when you received it, so it is returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the product is damaged in the return, a refund cannot be offered.
